I recently purchased a beautiful red Audi TT from Josh and received excellent customer service. I had several questions on the car and Josh responded with the information out of hours very quickly. When I purchased the vehicle I advised Josh I would like the cambelt and water pump changing and was happy to pay for it because I had already got a great price on the car. Josh offered to do it at trade price which I was really happy with. I got a text message later the same day to advise the work was all complete and the car was ready to collect. I did 500 miles in total before I got the car back to my home address and it was well worth the drive with the car I brought home combined with the excellent customer service provided from Josh. I actually put an enquiry into a Mini main dealer before calling Josh and never received a call back reference my enquiry which was very poor. Then I dealt with Josh who’s customer service was in a different league altogether.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
